Victor Masson works on defense and security related topics, with a focus on military and operational issues. He specializes in maritime security and naval operations. 

Professional experience

Victor Masson worked for Marine nationale as a member of the strategic and policy office, attached to the Chief of Staff of the French Navy’s cabinet (September 2023-September 2024). 

Education

Victor obtained a Master’s degree in International Relations and Security at the Catholic University of Paris, Social sciences, Economy and Law Faculty (magna cum laude probatus), and a Master of science degree in International Relations at Essex University.
