Tsuyoshi Goroku is a lecturer in International Relations at Nishogakusha University (Tokyo). He studied Political Science and International Relations at both Keio University and Sciences Po Paris, obtained his MA and completed the PhD course at Keio University. His research interests are in European security, US-European relations and History of International relations. He is also a member of the research group “Europe in Turbulence” at the Japan Institute of International Affairs (JIIA).
