FRS is pleased to invite you to a webinar entitled "A multilateral response to ballistic missile proliferation", a conversation which will be held online on Thursday, January 14, from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm (CET)

As a new United Nations General Assembly Resolution on the Hague Code of Conduct against Ballistic Missile Proliferation (HCoC) was adopted in December 2020, the current HCoC Chair, HCoC Immediate Central Contact (ICC), UNODA and FRS experts will address the role the United Nations can play in the struggle against the proliferation of ballistic missiles. Previous initiatives will be evoked, as well as the gradual integration of the HCoC in UN multilateralism. Propositions to renew the conversation on the threat posed by missiles in UN forums will be discussed.

This event is organised in the framework of EU CFSP Council Decision 2017/2370 on the HCoC, which is currently implemented by FRS.
